Hemingway Bar is the cocktail bar most of Prague measures itself against, and it has appeared on international best-bar lists. The theme is Ernest Hemingway's drinking life: rum and daiquiris, an absinthe list the bar calls the widest in the country, and the classics made properly.
It opens at 17:00 and closes at 01:00 from Sunday to Thursday and 02:00 on Friday and Saturday. Reservations are recommended, especially at the weekend. Not for you if you want cheap drinks or a loud room; this is a seated bar for a slow first round or a last one.
No cover; reservations recommended on Friday and Saturday.
