Harmony is the rare Paris bar that opens when the others close. It sits on Rue Rodier in the 9th, below Pigalle, and runs from midnight to 06:00 from Wednesday to Sunday. Its owner, Arnaud Scotty, built it around three things: insomnia, 2000s rap and well-made cocktails.
It works as an alternative to a club once the métro has stopped and most bars have shut at 02:00. Expect a room where people end up dancing between the drinks. Not for you if you want an early night, or a quiet one.
