Man of Many lists hours of 16:00 to 03:00 every day, and Time Out's 2026 bar guide says it closes at 3 am. It is the older sister of Bar Ampere, the absinthe bar that Time Out also lists as open until 3 am.
Time Out highlights the sangas, toasted sandwiches that soak up the gin. It is a safe bet for a late drink in the CBD when most cocktail bars shut at 01:00. Not for you if you do not like gin: the list is the point.
