Two-level culture club at Praterstern, with a café and stage upstairs and the Flucc_Wanne club in a former underpass below.
Flucc opened in 2002 in the old Praterstern railway station and moved to its current site in 2005, when that station was demolished. There it turned a pedestrian underpass into the Flucc_Wanne club and built the new Flucc directly above it. It is often credited with reviving nightlife in the second district. Upstairs runs exhibitions, talks and concerts; downstairs is where the parties happen.
The music swings from electronic and techno to hip hop and noise rock, and many events are free. The venue publishes a safer space policy. It sits next to the U1 and U2 at Praterstern, so it works as a first stop before the Prater or the canal. Not for you if you want the same night every week.
Art space and club in one: exhibitions, experimental and electronic music, plus techno, hip hop and noise rock nights.
Open door with a published safer space policy.

Artist group Dynamo opened Fluc on 1 May 2002 in the old Praterstern railway station. Demolition of that station in 2005 forced a move, and container structures turned a disused pedestrian underpass into the Wanne hall. Since 2023 it has been a City of Vienna cultural anchor centre.
