Floyd sits in the same building as Club Space, in a suite on NE 11th Street, and is run by the same team. It is the opposite of the Terrace: a small, crimson room with velvet couches and strobe chandeliers, where the booking leans towards house, minimal and techno. The site describes it as a room for live music, poetry and cocktails, and the weekend line-ups are long lists of local DJs.
It opens Friday to Sunday from 23:00 to 05:00, the door is 21+, and tickets go through DICE. A Floyd ticket does not cover the Club Space Terrace. Not for you if you want a big room and a famous name on the poster.
