Expirat Halele Carol is a refurbished factory on Strada Constantin Istrati, with two open-air annexes and room for about 500 people per event. The programme splits between live gigs and club nights. October 2026 lists album launches by Ilinca and COJO, a Pinholes anniversary show, an Expirat Club Night on a Friday and, earlier in the month, a drum & bass night, B:pressure Therapy Sessions.
The site gives Wednesday and Thursday 20:00–02:00 and Friday and Saturday 20:00–06:00, and says it is sometimes open on other days. Club nights listed on Resident Advisor are 18+ and cost 50–60 lei. Not for you if you want a polished room: it is a factory, and it is a taxi ride from the centre.
