Montorgueil cocktail bar that opened in 2007 and helped start the Paris cocktail scene; DJs at weekends and open until 04:00 on Fri–Sat.

The Experimental Cocktail Club opened on Rue Saint-Sauveur in 2007 and is widely credited as one of the bars that started the Paris cocktail revival. The room is cosy and softly lit, with a menu of original drinks built on fresh juice, spices and rarer spirits that changes regularly.

It opens at 19:00 from Monday to Saturday and at 20:00 on Sunday, closing at 02:00, or at 04:00 on Friday and Saturday when DJs play. Not for you if you want a quiet tasting: at weekends it is closer to a party.
