Envy Rooftop sits on top of The Charlee Hotel at Calle 9A #37-16 in El Poblado. The hotel's site describes a lounge and bar with live DJs and an aquarium-style pool, with panoramic city views. The Rooftop Guide lists opening hours of 16:00 to 00:00 on Monday, Tuesday and Sunday and 14:00 to 02:00 from Wednesday to Saturday, with salsa on Wednesday, DJs from Thursday to Saturday and a rooftop brunch usually on the last Sunday of the month. The dress code is listed as casual chic.

Prices are among the highest of the rooftops: Kimkim called the drinks very expensive in 2021, and a June 2026 guide gives cocktails at COP 30,000 to 55,000. Guides disagree on entry: that guide reports no hard cover, while MyMedellinTrip (January 2026) lists US$10 to 15 on Thursday to Saturday.
