Das Loft occupies the 18th floor of the Sofitel tower at the start of Praterstraße, 74 metres up, just across the Danube Canal from Schwedenplatz. The view runs over the roofs of the old town towards the cathedral.
The bar opens at 16:00 every day and closes at 01:00, or 02:00 on Friday and Saturday. Bar seats are first come, first served, and the dress code is elegant smart casual. Use it for a drink before Flex on the canal or Flucc at Praterstern, both a short walk or U-Bahn ride away. Not for you if you want cheap drinks or a dance floor.
