The hotel describes it as the highest hotel rooftop bar in Osaka, about 135 m above the ground, and Osaka Tourism lists it as an outdoor rooftop. The room has 56 seats, and the hotel page lists lunch from 12:00 to 17:00 and dinner from 17:30 to 00:00, with last orders at 23:00.

The dress code is smart casual, the price tier is shown as two dollar signs, and tables are booked through TableCheck. The menu leans towards western plates, with the Appetizer Tower, Chicken Ballotine and Wood-fired Sea Bream named as signatures. The hotel's page does not state a cover charge, cocktail prices, a minimum age or a wet-weather policy, so confirm those when booking.
