Crazy Piano's is on Strandweg, on the Scheveningen boulevard, and it is built around its fire-engine-red pianos. Pianists play rock, pop and music from the seventies and eighties up to current hits, and the crowd sings along. There are cocktail bars, lounge areas, dance floors and a heated terrace, and it runs all year.
It opens on Thursday from 17:00 to 01:00, Friday from 17:00 to 03:00, Saturday from 17:00 to 04:00 and Sunday from 13:00 to 01:00, with food for lunch and dinner. Monday to Wednesday are kept for private events. Not for you if you want DJs and darkness: this is a sing-along night.
