CoChinChina is a cocktail bar at Armenia 1540 in Palermo Soho with a menu built around Asian travel: tea infusions, sesame, kaffir lime and snacks inspired by Vietnamese and Cantonese cooking. It ranked 26th in The World's 50 Best Bars in 2025 and also appears on Latin America's 50 Best Bars lists. The same team opened a sister bar, Ceibo, on Honduras.
It is open every day from 19:00 to 02:00, so it fits as an early stop before the clubs or as a quiet last drink. Not for you if you want classic cocktails and nothing else: the flavours are deliberately unusual, and the food is part of the point.
