Club Joule occupies floors 2 to 4 of the Minamisumiyacho Building at 2-11-7 Nishi-Shinsaibashi, in Amerikamura. The club says it was established in 1999. Its own pages describe four spaces: a main floor billed as one of the largest and most powerful dance floors in the Kansai region, a lounge and private VIP area, a multipurpose second floor for genre events and private parties, and an open-air rooftop. Time Out puts the main-floor capacity at about 800; Joule publishes no figure.
The news tags on the club's site read techno, house and psy-trance, and international headliners are routine. Hernan Cattaneo plays the Spectacular 7th Anniversary on Friday 6 November 2026, with doors at 22:00, a 05:00 finish, three rooms and tickets at ¥3,500 in advance or ¥4,000 at the door. Marcellus Pittman follows on Saturday 7 November. Halloween weekend lists a Mishmash all-B2B party on Saturday 24 October and Yonaguni Fiesta Halloween Night on Saturday 31 October. Not for you if you want a quiet drink: this is a full-size room with late finishes.
