Circus is on the second floor of the Nakanishi Building at 1-8-16 Nishi-Shinsaibashi, in Amerikamura. The club lists its programme as DJ and live, and Osaka Tourism describes it as a techno room where several nights start at 23:00, advising dark, simple clothes and comfortable shoes and a meal beforehand because doors open later than at most venues. Culture Trip lists a sister bar, Cats, upstairs.
The October and November 2026 calendar mixes Japanese promoters and international names. Resident Advisor lists MONZA on Saturday 24 October (AOKI takamasa and Kohei, minimal techno, 23:00 to 05:00) at ¥2,000 with a flyer or before 00:00 and ¥3,000 at the door. Craig Richards plays on Monday 2 November, Binary vol. 30 with Kasra on Friday 6 November costs ¥2,500 in advance, and TSHA's Japan tour stops on Friday 20 November. Thursday 22 October, with DJ HAUS from the UK, starts at 22:00. The venue asks for photo ID and refuses guests under 20 at any event that starts at or after 22:00.
