Chicago Social Club has been on Leidseplein since March 2011, and regulars call it 'de Soos'. The bar opens at 20:00 from Tuesday to Sunday, and the club floor opens at 23:00 on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The music changes per night across house, hip-hop and urban.
The door is 21+, so bring ID. Closing is 04:00, or 05:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, and it is shut on Mondays. Lockers take a €2 coin. The club marked its fifteenth anniversary in 2026. Not for you if you want a quiet drink: Leidseplein at the weekend is loud.
