Sky bar on the 32nd floor of the Tour Part-Dieu, Lyon's pencil-shaped tower, open every day from 17:00 with views over the city.

Celest Bar is on the 32nd floor of the Tour Part-Dieu, the rounded tower that Lyon calls Le Crayon, the pencil, on rue Servient. From up there the view runs right across the city. The bar serves cocktails and also runs cocktail classes and tastings, and there is a restaurant alongside.

It opens every day from 17:00, until midnight from Monday to Saturday and until 23:30 on Sunday, which makes it a sunset stop rather than a late one. Part-Dieu station is a short walk away. Not for you if you want a party: this is a quiet, smart drink with a view before the night moves to the clubs.
