Cafe-Gallery is a café by day, a bar in the evening and a club on weekend nights, on Rustaveli Avenue. The main room has windows on all sides and rotating artwork by Georgian and regional artists, all for sale, and there is a terrace in summer. Police raided it and Bassiani on 12 May 2018, and thousands danced outside Parliament in protest.

A visitor guide describes club nights from Thursday to Sunday after midnight, but regular listings are rare in 2026, so check before you go.
