Bleyenberg fills five floors of the old Kwantum building on the Grote Markt, with a restaurant, event spaces and private karaoke rooms. On top is Het Dak, which Bleyenberg says was The Hague's first rooftop bar, with views over the city, cocktails and snacks.
It opens on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 17:00 to 02:00. The rooftop runs from April to October on those three nights, from 17:00. Go at sunset and come down to the square afterwards. Not for you in winter, when the roof is closed, or if you want somewhere to dance.

Rooftop needs no reservation and has no minimum spend. Dinner tables can be booked online; Bar Bley tables by contacting the restaurant.
