Beer Belly Tenma

Beer Belly Tenma is the taproom of Minoh Beer, inside Tenma Market at 7-4 Ikeda-cho, a 3-minute walk from JR Tenma Station. The shop lists 15 types of beer on tap and hand pump at all times. Half pints cost ¥520 for Pilsner, Weizen, Pale Ale and Stout and ¥620 for W-IPA, Cabernet and Osaru IPA, with pints at ¥830 and ¥930. Food runs from tapas at ¥350 to Kawachi Tsumura duck tataki at ¥800, with fish and chips at ¥650, sausage and mash at ¥700 and a three-cheese platter at ¥700.

The room has a 12-metre counter, and Minoh Beer's store guide lists 52 seats. The second floor can be hired for private events. Weekday hours are 17:00 to 00:00 and weekend and public-holiday hours are 15:00 to 00:00, with no closed days listed; the shop's page also says it opens from 15:00, so call 06-6353-5005 to confirm the weekday start. Reservations are by phone, and the shop says to check tap availability directly. Payment methods and smoking rules are not stated. Osaka Tourism lists it as a craft-beer stop in Tenma. Not for you if you want a late finish: last trains run at about midnight and the taproom closes at 00:00.
