Basement is the club underneath Knockdown Center in Maspeth, just over the Queens line from Bushwick. It is built into the catacomb-like lower level of the old factory, with the industrial walls left as they were, and since 2022 it has had a second room, STUDIO. The booking is techno first, with house and electro around it: October 2026 has Wata Igarashi playing all night, Juliana Huxtable and Dustin Zahn.
Friday nights run from 22:30 to 07:00, among the latest regular hours in the city, and everything is 21+. The house rules are printed on every listing: no photos or videos, no phones on the dancefloor, no glowing clothes, and the floor is for dancing, not conversation. Not for you if you want to film your night or talk on the floor.
