Bartini Rooftop is a martini cocktail bar on the top floor of Strada Constantin Mille 18, reached by stairs from the M floor. The menu on its site includes a Make Your Own Custom Martini at 55 lei, Naked Star at 49 lei and Sleep Walker at 47 lei, which is about €9–10 a glass. The kitchen closes at 23:30.
It opens 15:00–02:00 Monday to Thursday, 13:00–03:00 on Friday and Saturday and 13:00–02:00 on Sunday. Tables are booked through ialoc.ro, and it takes private events from 30 to 250 guests. Not for you if you want a dance floor: it is a cocktail bar, and Nook, the club at the same address, is the place to dance.
