Artheater has been part of Ehrenfeld since 1998, on the Ehrenfeldgürtel by the railway line. It works as a club, a concert hall and a stage at once: the October 2026 programme mixes indie bands, comedy, the Kunst gegen Bares open stage and club nights, including a queer party on the 10th. The lighting is low and warm inside, and there is an outdoor area with pallet furniture.
Club nights cover techno, trance and house and start at 23:00. The Mismatch Invites party in July 2026 ran until 07:00, cost €14 and was 18+. Entry depends on capacity, so expect a queue on busy nights. Tram 5 stops at Liebigstraße, about 240 metres away, and lines 3 and 4 at Venloer Str./Gürtel. Not for you on a concert night if you came to dance: check the listing first.
