It lists more than 100 whiskies, classic and inventive cocktails and a wine list, and it runs a refill programme, Proyecto A Granel, that serves drinks straight from the source into recycled or your own bottles. It opens from 19:00 until 02:00 on Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and until 03:00 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The kitchen closes an hour earlier. Reservations go through the phone or WhatsApp. Not for you if you want a Palermo Soho crowd: it is a discreet, whisky-led room on a residential street.
